WLC College prides itself on the
professional yet fun work environment that can be found across all our
locations. Every student gets to feel like he’s studying in a fully corporate
atmosphere. The students are exposed to such a setting so as to get them
trained to adapt into the industry with ease.
Employees get to witness the student’s
bloom into perfect professionals and assist them in any way that they can. At
the campus, students are encouraged to interact with members of the staff just
as openly as with the faculty. They get the opportunity to get advice from
people who have been a part of their chosen field for years.
Employees have often mentioned in their
feedback sessions on how they enjoy coaching the WLCI Students. With the stress
of achieving targets, they get refreshers as they get to indulge with the
students.
Apart from this, the employees enjoy a monthly
celebration. In this, birthdays of the fellow employees is celebrated by
cutting a gigantic cake. New join-ee’s are also welcomed into the WLCI Family
on this occasion. This gives them the unique chance to strengthen their
relations with camaraderie of WLCI in an non formal and friendly event.
